We'v had this vacuum for about 10 days and used it half a dozen times. Now it won't travel more than a few feet before turning and repeating the same action.

I never thought that could be it! I cleaned the wheel and everything was back to normal. Thanks !

It was the same problem. How to fix: must be cleaned by the central wheel (black and white). It should help.

Thanks! It helped :). By the way I cleaned whole ilife (front bumper and inside A4 too), there was a lot of dust.

Pull out the front white/black wheel. It will be full of junk.

The problem is in your black floor. Black color does not work correctly with down sensors.

Manuel G actually, the front wheel was just clogged. Cleaned it out and it’s worked since.

Corey Mitchell I exchanged mine, but I've been told that you should clean the front wheel that's black and white.
