Hi. I had this problem two times. If there are no clicking sound during mopping the water pump goes down. You have to ask sellers for new water pump. It is not so easy to replace but finally robot works correctly again. After 6 months again water pump is out of order and I'l talk to Aliexpress shop.
Hi, my ilife W400 has the same problem as you in the video.. it practically walks and doesn't wet the floor... I tried cleaning all the components.. and I noticed that it no longer makes the initial noise when it is turned on. you can only hear the motor sucking. Of course, the clean water in the tank remains intact. Greetings
