By the officials you mean...Lance Jones didn't deserve that flagrant that deflated Purdue's lead at the end. Plus the officials were calling Zach for breathing but he couldn't get a whistle to save his life. And Trey Kaufman-Renn isn't some nobody that happened to get hot & have the game of his life. He was the runner up Mr. Basketball for Indiana & has had several games in double figures so that's completely on Illinois for not scouting good enough. I know u didn't even mention TKR but I keep hearing their fans claim Purdue got lucky because some bum went off

If only you didn't get gifted a flagrant in the last 2 minutes for 5 extra points... if only Purdue didn't miss a bunch of front end of 1-1s You guys were down double digits all game until late. You got embarrassed. Shannon isn't going to fix that. He's just going to take away points from Domask. Purdue has the balance with TKR and Edey. Even though the refs GIFTED you a game without Edey you couldn't handle TKR down low. That is Illinois weakness and it was on full display last night. Shannon won't be able to fix the interior.

Getting calls like that on the road is a joke. At least Mackey was beyond fair to an overrated Illinois team.

Did you watch the game? There were Ike traveling calls, a flagrant foul, in like the last 6 minutes.

This game wasn't that close. Illinois trailed in double digits most of the game. I think at one point they were down 21. What Illinois did was cut the lead in the end but the game was over. Everything went Illinois way (missed front ends of 1-1s, Edey on bench, etc, a garbage flagrant on Lance) to cut the score at the end but it simply wasn't a close game.

I agree. I'm stunned at so many of those garbage calls against Edey and the flagrant was a joke. This is why I can't stand many of the homer courts in the B1G. You won't get fair calls, but for the most part Mackey has been beyond fair to its opponents. Purdue sure wont' get the favoritism Illinois got on the road when we go to Champaign
