If someone is compliant enough to get into such a contraption on their own, police wouldn't need it to begin with. Let the public view the videos of people placed in those chairs.
I never saw this chair at all but I dod not like this chair at all, that being said. What is tha answer when inmates do act up ? I like tha taser and pepper spray ?
