I usually say study at least 1.5hrs per day but increase the intensity when you've scheduled a date. Do practice questions, review vocabulary also

Hi Lisa, I've heard good things about exam smart. I used the free version when I took the exam years ago and liked it. Regardless of the tool you use, make sure you understand why you got the question right, and why you got it wrong.

Hi, not yet. State portion is more about laws than vocabulary

Do you remember the answer choices? It could be legal or illegal depending on the reason. By law, we can give closing gifts to clients (parties to a transaction) so it may be legal
