Thank YOUUUU, Maggie! I passed my test today - 1st attempt! You don't know how much you are helping people to realize their dream to become a licensed real estate agent! Bless you, dear lady!❤
A big congratulations to you!!! 🥳🥳 Thank you so much for your kind words. That really means a lot. 🤓🫶 Good luck to you out there in the real world. Keep me posted on all your successes!!! ✨
Get out of my head! I love how you explain the correct answer but take the next step and explain how the other answers are incorrect. This is so helpful, because there are some answers that seem like they should be correct but you explain why it is not. Thank you - you are the best. ☺
@@itspapa3853 everyone is different so I can’t say but I didn’t think it was easier. Some questions, maybe. You got this!! It’s okay to be nervous. That’s a good sign. Good luck!
Your channel is by far one of the best. The way you explain all the answer sets you apart from everyone else. The reason is that it provides additional learning.
Maggie, I just want to thank you so much! I finally passed the national exam on my 4th try! Out of all the prep videos I watched yours were simplified the most so that the information stuck ! Your math videos were really great for me as well, never been the best at math. Keep up what you're doing, you are an AMAZING instructor!!!
Thank you so much. That means so much to me. Congratulations to you on passing your exam. I’m so happy I was able to assist you on your journey. Best of luck to you always. 🤓🫶
Thank you so much for sharing! I Passed the State Exam on 1st try; missed passing the National by 3 points twice. Your story is very encouraging! SO glad to find this Wonderful Instructor!
I passed my real estate exam yesterday. I will say that all of my math questions were on prorations and discount points pretty much. Maggie’s videos really helped me understand the prorations for sure

Amazing video, Maggie! I really appreciated how you went in-depth on the incorrect answers. Ironically, knowing why three answers are wrong is more important than knowing why one is correct. I've watched this video a total of three times. The first to get an outline of the questions, the second to go in-depth, and the third to review. I came out of this experience as a more competent real estate student!
You have no idea how grateful I am for coming across your education videos as I prepare for my exam. All the other ones I have found just put me to sleep!
I take my exam tomorrow and your videos have been such a help; thank you for explaining each answer and why the other options aren’t correct/what they mean, it’s SO helpful!!!!
Maggie you answered everyone comments it shows a lot about you ❤ you are a very special woman it's taking me a while to pass my test but having you in my corner I'm going to pass
@@keishaann1018 I love that you noticed this. I really do care about the success of my people. Thank you so much and I wish you the very best on your real estate journey 🤓🫶
Hey Maggie, thank you for all your amazing content. Your videos were truly such a huge resource to me, and your explanations are amazing. I was able to pass first my exam first try! You are the real deal!
Wow, thank you! That’s so nice. Congratulations on passing your exam and on the first try. 💪🙌👏👏 awesome!!! Thanks for your support. 😎 can’t wait to hear about all your successes!!! 🎉
Maggie, thanks for all you do! I literally failed 4 times, and it was always a few points. I was determined to be better at the math, and started watching all you videos and lives, I finally passed 5/31 and did amazing in the math! Thank you!!!!
Hey Maggie, I just recently passed my national and state exams in Rhode Island. I briefly skimmed your videos but I would love for you to make a video on things agents who just passed their exam should be looking for/ asking brokers when trying to decide who to start their careers with. Feel like you’d have a lot of good insight on that!!!!
Congratulations!!! I’m so happy to hear. That sounds like a great idea for a video. I’ll add that to my list. I’m going to create a community soon for new agents so I’m hoping you join.
@@JustCallMaggie I certainly will! Quick question: what are some websites or resources I can read, to get an insight on the current real estate market/ trends, # of houses for sale in my state, etc. I don’t have a broker yet but want to be able to read up on the market and know what’s going on. Thank you. 🙏
@@bigirish5449 when you become a member of the local realtor association, you will get access to the MLS. That’s where I get all my data. You’ll also get emails about it too. I also like to use niche.com.
I really really appreciate your video but do you have one with just the right answers. Dont necessarily want to hear why the other answers are wrong. Again thank you so much

This has been one of the most helpful videos that I've watched, and I've watched MANY. I love how you go through each answer, and give an explanation to what they each mean. Even though there are only 25 questions in this video, I feel like this video can help answer most of the questions on the exam. (I've taken the exam quite a few times at this point) Thank you for making this video!
Ive just passed my exam and just wanted to say thank you for putting the videos out for us to study with! They were a tremendous amount of help! 6.24.24
Liens generally follow the "first in time, first in right" rule, which says that whichever is recorded first in the land records has higher priority than later recorded liens.
