I had the same problem, so many kights just doing epic poses in Los Angeles. I kept them on the transcript part, which you'll note when the spoken lines refer to "LA Knight". The workaround I finally came up with was to go with "Eli Drake".

Because I was like "Hey LA Knights not working, Then i tried Shaun Ricker still not working and I tried Eli Drake then it shows a man that looks like LA Knight so Yeah!
