For those who don't know who Kaguya is, she's essentially another member of Licht Kreis, the same organization that Orie, Wagner, and Mika are a part of. She never actually makes a physical appearance in the series apart from in Orie's arcade mode ending, where we see her with Mika, Lex, and Orie. However, she never had a voice actor or any dialogue portraits. So, basically, this is her first full appearance in the series.
