For *STS/Eclipse Users* The Images won't display in Target folder, but it is saved there you can check manually by following the path in your File Explorer

i am using sts ide and in my target folder nothing is showing like no classes folder rest everything is fine plz someone help me.

I am also using sts ide.yes in target folder nothing is showing but if you go in the directory through file manager . Classes are showing there

@@goutammangotra8764 is it showing error. as default constructor has been made that throws exception, so in controller class when we create an object of UploadHelper class, it throws exception.. instead of object creation. any idea how to resolve?

Better to use this one , for get the path : public final String UPLOAD_PKG = Paths.get("src/main/resources/static/image").toAbsolutePath().toString();

For all those having issue with Image not showing on browser : The image has saved to requried path target/classes/static/image --> but problem is that sts is not showing the subfolder beyond the target. You may check this by opening the target with show in System-exployler option. In project explorer : Click on 3 dots options --> filters and customizations--> uncheck "Java Ouptut folders" But no solution for image link not opeing. PLs help for this.

I have question - How can we do this using springboot but the server is not some local location but a real time backend ? l have the URL and access creds for that server and can directly do it through postman but can we do it using springboot. It is important to note that no hardcoded location here, need to upload a file where url and post operation provided.

If you are using eclipse or sts, then go to the eclipse-workspace, then project, then target, then classes,then static,then image.........but the above path has not shown in the eclipse. I think the same will be true for sts.

I have one query about this : if two persons are uploading same kind of image (name and type) then who will upload in last with same type then previous image will replace with new image which has same type. what should i do for this problem
