POV: You are walking through a building and you see a door in the middle of the hallway. It is slightly cracked open. A strange urge pulls you over. You see glimmering lights and you open the door walking in fully. The door closes behind you and when you turn around it isn’t there anymore. You find yourself in another place. It’s not just rooms. There is what looks like a whole town or city. There are dreamy lights everywhere and it feels otherworldly. You walk around and call out. No one is there- anywhere. No matter how far you search you can’t find your way back to “your world”. Looks like you’ll be here for awhile, maybe forever. After a long while you settle in and forget about being in another place. *You and this world are one.*

There is a walkway above you but you don’t know how to reach it. The water is quite cold. **I’m certainly not Superman. Am I supposed to fly up there or something? Shit, it’s freezing in here.** 0:19 You suddenly remember going skateboarding, only to fall off of your skateboard and no-clip through the pavement. You braced for impact but did not meet the concrete. Instead, you were met with the grossest feeling of connecting with a moist spongy carpet. **Wtf, this isn’t what concrete feels like.** You look up and around, taking in what just happened to you. **Holy shit, am I in the Backrooms? I thought it was just a myth.** As you sneak through the back rooms you wonder what you could have possibly done to deserve to be here. The lights flicker as you travel quietly, aware of the dangers that may roam the hallways. **What was that noise?** You’ve heard every story online about the Backrooms but never expected them to be right. 0:40 You walk down the block on your neighborhood, trying not to panic. **Where did everyone go?** The lights are blindly bright, shining against the rain soaked street. With each step the sneakers you’re wearing make a scratch sound. **I need to stop dragging my feet.** Why is every other light off? Where are all the cars?

Everytime I watch one of these videos I get a uneasy feeling. Like there's more to it and that I'm being watched some way. It really does put me in a different mindset.

Too bad 2:24 apart from your bad camera, this hotel corridor is not aesthetically pleasing PS: I just really like writing stories

Something about these videos is just so. Unnerving like you feel like something is going to happen but nothing does. Your stuck in rooms that don’t exist, but they seem so real. But all the same you feel like someone is watching you.

The exact feeling this gives me is the same feeling as when I have been in an empty mall in a foreign country. There’s something even more alien about being in a empty space that is not in your own country.
