1. Fakhar 2. Imam 3. Babar (c) 4. Rizwan (wk) 5. M. Haris (wk) 6. Iftikhar 7. Agha 8. Shadab 9. Usama 10. Imad/Nawaz 11. Shaheen 12. Haris Rauf 13. Naseem 14. Wasim 15. Ihsanullah 16. Shan 17. Imad/Nawaz 18. Hassan Ali/Hasnain If PAK needs to strengthen middle order (which is already set with Iftikhar and Agha), we can alter Shan/Haris. Haris can be used as a finisher at no.6/7 in last 10 overs.
Salman Agha & Chacha have stepped up in ODI’s, that’s the middle-order. I rate Haris highly as a T20 player but breaking into the 15 for the 50 over WC may be a stretch. Shan has a fantastic List A career but as an opener
@@DoosraView practically 1-5 and including Shan, that six batsman, they are all openers. And if you include Abdullah Shafique, that's 7. 7 openers! Not one is comfortable in playing at 5/6. That's the problem everybody is comfortable with playing up. We all love Chacha and know what he can do. But, hats off to Agha Salman. I don't think this guy was in the 15 of anybody's but he has shown the skill and temperament to bat when wickets fall. On a separate note, if you had the obligation to drop one. Who would you drop? Ifti, Agha, Shady, Maddy, Nawaz, Usama Mir
Amazing how far we’ve come with opening after struggling for nearly a stretch of 2 decades. Shan might get the nod as a make-shift middle on the back of his exp. I’d drop Imad, he doesn’t seem in contention for the ODI squad based on the Pak NZ matches as it is
Usama Mir was pestered with tough questions on Shadab but he handled them with grace. There’s a way to handle such questions. As mentioned in the video, Imam’s maturity should show with his seniority
