I don't think "Position of Power" applies here. In fact I think it's incredibly over used.

It would've been nice if they were able to provide SOME kind of additional context. I think they could've gotten a copy of the Celtic's employment policy, or at least speak on Massachusetts' labor laws. Like Florida is at-will employment, so things can change for whatever reason (outside of discrimination, or any formal contracts). This was just straight speculation.
