As they said, it was a consensual relationship meaning nobody was coerced or forced into doing anything. All Ime Udoka has to do in court is go "I was the only one suspended, salary cut, and indiscretion publicly mentioned despite it being in their words a consensual relationship that violated organizational policy". Then if the Celtics owner goes "Well, we changed the rules", all any competent lawyer has to ask is "When did you change them, and are these changes reflected anywhere in writing that employees can easily access and agree to".
