Hi, I've been working with the 350i pro plus for a while now, I was curious, in one of the water jet ducts there's what looks like a blue hose, what is it for?

I do disagree with quite a lot of information here. - First of all, you can use for Both removing and putting the "collet removal tool", just MAKE SURE you put a milling tool inside the collet by hand while you screw/unscrew it in order to avoid twisting/bending it. - I was told by both imes and other german distributors to USE my finger while putting lubricant on the collet. Also, lubricant is put on the collet, from the point of expansion in both directions. This is where the collet makes contact with the spindle, so this is where Lubricant is useful. From the middle-line of expansion halfway to the end in both direction. Do not put till the top of the collet, as in the video. Basically I would say NEVER put lubricant as shown on the video, because 1) it's TOOO much 2) the way the person puts it is very wrong because in this way, lubricant goes inside the gaps of the collet. This is something you WANT to avoid. If you have lubricant there, the machine might start "spitting" or dropping your drills/tools and holding them wrongly. I would advice to put in straight movements between each of the gaps to avoid lubricant going there. - When you screw the collet, screw it till the end, and then slightly unscrew it. It should not be left tight. It's quite shocking how different we do the collet maintenance. It's interesting whether your way is working for you. The way we deal it, that I explain above works for all the 30+ machines we install and take care of. It would be funny if both turn out to be fine :D P.S. The last thing shown on the video is basically a test for the collet. If you worry whether your collet got twisted/bend you can always use this method as a partial check. In case of crash, or if the tool positions in the tool-holder are not accurate, it is advisable to check more frequently by doing this test.
