Honestly, I think saving Spice is a better decision long-term because you don't have to worry about her sending you home in a lip-sync. If you ever end up in the bottom with her, your chances of staying are astronomically higher. Sure, Anetra had to beat Jax in the lip-sync, but I think the writing was (unfortunately) on the wall for Jax at that point, so it seems like it'd be a worthwhile risk.

This episode of drag race was 100% brought to you by yours truly, the producers, who established a new storyline: the *good lipsyncer that goes home in a lipsyncing challenge.* There's no way that, by chance, I) the first round broke down to an anetra vs sasha moment (chance being (8/10)*(6/8)* (4/6)*(2/4)); II) the weaker lipsyncers could go against each other (chance being 2/5) and then III) antrea could pick bc it was justified that she would "want a fight" (1/3). This happening is a 2.7% chance, they had it out for Jax and needed Anetra to get rid of her. Also, the 3-way lipsync was so close, I would've given in to Anetra, but that could easily stand or fall with editing, Bianca and Brook even placed Luxx third in that lipsync at the pitstop. So yeah, Jax had no way of surviving that episode.
Loved this episode and mistress getting to turn it out to Taylor Dane made me grateful for my life. I met Tig Notaro at LAX last year standing in line for a connection to Oakland. Tbh I'd rather see Jax flop another challenge than see Spice flop another challenge. At least we'd get another incredible lipsync for your life instead of whatever Spice does. This episode had the producer's fingerprints all over it to get Jax out the same way the one last year that was meant to get Jasmine out.
I just assumed that this was the reason, but for people who don't know one of the common medications you take while transitioning (sometimes for ages) is spironolactone, which makes you need to pee all the time. I love that it was the bra haha

I will say when you first start hormones you have to pee all the damn time. I used to go like 8 hours and then I started hormones it was like every hour on the hour.
