I am filling most of the forms by myself and then my wife signs the forms where she needs to. Sometimes we do screenshare. I am guessing the sponsor fills the forms usually in all cases. Do we still need to fill this form. Is there a way that IRCC will know if it was the sponsor filled the form instead of the principal applicant . Regards.

Should we have to use this form too if Im filing my son’s visitor visa online as he is just 2 yrs so IRCC must be knowing that he wont be able to fill his application on his own. I downloaded the form 5476 2 months ago and in the page 37 in regards to use of representative it says and I quote "complete it sign it digitally or by hand and get your immigration representativeor designated individual to do so also upload it with your application" What to do ????

Both parents already have Canadian visitor visas....we are now applying for our kids only (13 yrs and 6yrs). How exactly do we apply? We entered all information in the new IRCC portal for the kids, but when we tried to submit the application in the end we need to say who is the principal applicant (and we can only choose one of the kids (both are minors)). Application already commenced and ppr already received. The applicant has been the representative, that is ,the applicant receives emails directly from IRCC Please can we at this stage switch representative? That' is, my wife becoming my representative even when ppr had been issued

Now I created an email account just for this application for my wife and have provided that email in other forms as my wife's email address. URGENT Scenario: The SOWP application was submitted earlier and the file is now withdrawn. Now at the time of submitting a spousal sponsorship application, the status of SOWP is "Withdrawn". - I have an official letter from IRCC. The UCI was issued at that time. I do have UCI for my spouse so q4 of Section A will be filled out because it is known. What to write in q3 in Section A of this form? Unfortunately, we missed a few details and IRCC sent us emails asking to re-submit the completed form. Meanwhile, we received the AOR and I know my UCI number now.
