Dear GOD! This is an UNGODLY level of complication to just apply for a visitor visa! So many forms that all basically repeat the same information over and over again. I am in the same boat as you, my parents own a business and rest of the information is pretty much the same as yours, but there's no chance in hell I'd have been able to navigate this stuff without a video like yours detailing pretty much everything out the way you have. Hi Suyansh, I could find the applicant name towards the start of all pages shows the sponsors name. Is that correct for form 1344 ? In your form in the video as well I could see your name updated there? Is that correct ?

what if my parents live in a country that does not have a Canadian consulate - the closest is the neighbouring country?

The car was in my husband's name, so he's sold it and now put the money in my account (As I'm the primary applicant). Will a gift deed suffice in this case that he has given the money as gift to put in my account? or will this need some other affidavt? (As technically we both need these funds to show for the PNP POF? We will be attaching the car sales deed, cheque of car, cheque and deposit slip that money was put in her account also

In my PPR letter there is no requirement of "height and eye color detail." Do i add this info or not? Also, you didnt add biometric receipt in the package as some people also send this. please help what to do?

Hlo sir it been 5 weeks from our date of marriage and i tried to apply online for marriage certificate but on last step where we can choose a type of service like 5 days or 15 days delivery shows N/A not available so should i wait or still i can select option where it says not service guarantee??? I have filled My first name in family name and Family name in first name in my work permit application but I filled correctly in the Family member form and representative form. like Fiza is my given name but I have filled it in family name and Ansari in given name instead of family name Will it affect my application? HI, I have recieved pre arrival letter today, but as per my immigration lawyer we haven't received any AOR yet. We submitted file on 23rd april and got biometrics request on 2nd August and did Biometrics today itself Can you share your knowledge in your opinion should we have already received AOR email and lawyer missed it.

Hello Sir We have been given march 2024 as deadline to apply for PR card in canada. We are currently in Finland and my husband is on work here. We asked some relative in canada about going to canada to apply PR card but she is saying that we have to stay there untill we get PR card which is very difficult for us due to job.
