I've owned two of the 14×50 and they are a great hunting scopes biggest issue i had with them was they tend to fog up easy if your using the rubber eye cup
I have one same spec on my Steyr pro x scout and this morning shot a crow at 64 yards out of a tree absolutely quality scope. I have a vortex gen 2 costing £1250 and still prefer the prismatic.
Just FYI, there is no parallax adjustment on a prism scope. What you keep calling the parallax adjustment is the focus wheel. The rear focus adjustment is to put the reticule in focus only, the left focus adjustment is to focus the image, just like the wheel on binoculars. Prismatic scopes don't have a parallax adjustment because they suffer from negligible parallax error by design.
@@fieldsportcymru4636 Very cool scope though and thanks for the review. I just ordered one. I already have the 10x MTC which I love, but the 14x IO one seems fantastic value and under £300 including a flip up front cap.
Alright mate, do you know if they have released the digital version yet with the ballistic calculator and digital crosshair . They were talking about it ages ago but I've not heard anything since
I have one on order from Apex Airguns in the UK and they didn’t have an issue sending it across the pond. Its supposed to be shipping tomorrow via FdEx and I ordered it about a week ago. I’m guessing it’ll be a 2-week turnaround altogether.
Chromatic aberration, it’s not a camera lens mate. Can’t work you out. Been watching your videos and was impressed by your thoughts on product developments and how they keep changing to catch the shooter. You spoke lovely about the HW100 and the TX200 but all through it you have a Daystate Alpha. Sorry but all your credibility is gone mate. You’re bored and just making loads of purchases for the sake of it.
