And he is, now, a U.S. Citizen. In order to become a Navy EOD Tech./Naval Special Operations Officer, one must be a U.S. Citizen in order to gain, at least, a Secret Clearance.

Captain Cao was my CO when I was in dive school in 2015 (he wasn’t a captain then). He was always roving and actively commanding NDSTC. We all loved him. Last I had heard, he got orders to the Pentagon and everyone was super proud of him. He’s a standup guy, and amazing leader, and everyone in Virginia should vote for him.
