I overstayed my US tourist visa 19 years ago (so the 10 year ban is well expired). Last year, I applied for a tourist visa, it was unfairly denied (as if I've been banned for life). I'm now dating a US citizen. She lives in Italy and so do I. My gf went to the US twice in her life (w her family). I've recently found out that She was born in the US (while her parents were visiting the US); she got US passport, her parents moved to Italy when she was a few weeks old. She's been living in Italy her whole life. If we get married here in Italy, and we opt for not living together (since I work in a hotel that provides with lodging), can she get me a Visa? so that I can visit the US with or without her. Or even better, can she get me a Green Card, although we live in Italy?
In October 2023, the visa interview at the Islamabad embassy in the USA for Pakistan Immigration was approved. No additional documents were requested. However, the CEAS status indicates a refusal for one applicant and three applicants are currently undergoing administrative processes. It is unclear why this has occurred. The category is F3. Although my date has been updated after two days, the status remains unchanged. The embassy officials extended their congratulations. Anyone know y this happened

Married to an American here. You should apply for a spousal visa aka CR1/ IR1. We filed ours in December 2022, now, June 2024, we are at NVC stage waiting for an interview appointment in Manila US Embassy
We are also in the Philippines. We are in the last phase of my wives immigrant visa waiting for interview date...it took a long time, it will be 3 years in January '2025.
