@@krabbecorkorn I don't know if they go so far as to make their members dye their hair, but it IS kind of hinted at when talking to certain Yiga clan members while disguised. At one point in the game you can talk with one of them who gets upset that you have blonde hair and explains that the whole point of a uniform is to decrease individuality while increasing the unity of the group. He also points out how the Yiga specifically hate blonde hair in particular because it's a distinguishing feature of their arch-enemy (Link).

There’s yoga camps across Hyrule. Each one has a piece. I only remember two (using BOTW location name): Old Man’s hut on plateau and Akkala tech lab

I would like to add that you can also go to their hideout and get the earthwake ability by killing 6 yiga members in 1 minute

Delta rune, kris and the player are separate entities. In Zelda, what link does on screen is basically how link acts when he's free. He's still a brave hero...but he also likes to prank villagers with his unprompted sword dancing, gets beat up by cucoos after accidently falling into the plum tree pit, and forgot to take off the yiga clan cloths after infiltrating them.
