7:40 your absolutyl right, ive used the surge and its complety different feel, it actually hammers the screw in. ive got a m18 impact and m12 fuel impact and i regret buying it, cause its shit and i dont touch it anymore, the surge is just so much better and smoother and it hammers in gyprock wall plugs and screws in so easily, unlike the regular fuel version, i don't know why people don't mention this, your the first person ive seen bring it up.

Keep up the great videos. Would you be able to discuss the benefits of working in a commercial/domestic/ industrial as an A grade and Apprentice. Many thanks in advance

Brilliant video and share. Do you have a favoutite lightweight electronics driver for soft screws & connector bits or in assembly of computers? I'd like to not need 2 tools but if for a load of the small work, of which i can get, then I'm willing to.

Cheers mate, my 12v impact on the lowest speed setting is perfect for terminal screws and connectors. It'll stop driving once the screw is in tight enough so you don't have to worry about any conductors breaking

Did I spy you have upgraded your main makita pouch? If so how do you find it?

Haha good eye mate, I think it's pretty great! More bit holders are a nice addition. A chippy from Australia who makes tool pouches contacted me the other week wanting my input on an electrician pouch he's designing, hopefully I'll get a prototype by the end of the year so I can make a video on it
