Prices have gone up too much without underlying growth in fundamentals. Upcoming recession will further complicate things combined with 111go lifting. Already the sentiment seems to be getting worse and next few months will be interesting to watch.

It was only a individual tribunal with a sitting judge appointed by NTR(the then CM) to give guidelines...the guidelines were drafted in the 111 G.O and implemented bY CBN in 1998. Only high court and supreme court can stop this

It’s funny why everybody is just talking about land value in 111 GO. THE MAIN HINDRANCE TO TAKE A BIG PROJECT ON LANDS, WHICH ARE ON 111 GO WILL BE THE LACK OF INFRASTRUCTURE. Developing new 100 feet roads, drainage systems, water pipelines, electrical sub stations, sewage treatment plants, all takes time. It’s not easy for things to expand at a rapid pace as the rest of the city is witnessing. In fact, the state doesn’t have the budget to do so.

There will be no impact on Kokapet/Neopolis/FD. Impact will be on Kollur and extreme west. And maybe newly launched projects will be impacted. Ready to move in flats might see an appreciation because of its availability.

There will be Impact in Kokapet especially in the High End apartment segment. People will think 10 times buying them for 2.5-10 cr where as at the same price he will easily get villas in 111 go Areas.

Looks like this guy is waiting for the Kokapet prices to go down . No impact on Kokapet whatsover as that belongs to luxury premium segment. Abolishing GO 111 is not final . The case is pending in supreme court and one cannot start any construction untill their is clearance from national green tribunal. For your clarity 111 GO is not 28 years old . It was passed by Nizam mir Osman Ali for sake of citizens so that city would be able to get water for next 1000 years . He was a progressive civil engineer. He was not a politician.

Boss if you bought land in lafoot areas don't cry over lifting of 111 G.O. NGT gave the guidelines based on which 111 G.O was implemented. NGT doesn't have right nor its permission is required. Only courts can stop this.
