There is no validity for this revokal until there's a Supreme Court judgement. And it's impossible that the entire 111 GO areas shall get clearance.

What is the cost of conversion of one acre agriculture to non agriculture? There are some peri urban zones in and atound Chevella and Shankarapalli adjoining GO111 areas as per HMDA master plan, wheather they will also be permitted for construction of Residential buildings? As it does not make sense to free GO111 area and restrict adjoining areas. Please make a video on these areas.

Hello, Looking for advice as I'm totally confused with the 3 options i have below: My main objective is my investment growing Opt 1. About 484 square yards farm land in tolkatta village.. price about 26 lakhs change. Opt 2. Gated community in Shabad .. includes club house ..other basic amenities. 300 square yards Opt3. Travel towards tandur etc and buy a bigger piece of land.. probably for half acre or little more. Look forward and would be grateful for your thoughts, advise, pros and cons on these options..

HIGH ALERT TO ALL CONCERNED Be aware that bogus real estate compny Pride India of notorious Land Mafia of Hyderabad, Abdul Haleem Baig (Sanober) is on the verge of total shutdown. None of the ventures of subject fraud company is neither approved by GHMC and HMDA (Hyderabad) nor by DTCP (Villages of other districts). Since all ventures (gated communities) of Pride India are illegal layouts, will be demolished soon. Demolition process has already started by concerned government authorities. FRAUD, FRAUD & FRAUD. Kindly publicize above information widely so that no innocent customers are cheated ny Land Mafia in future.

Ofcourse current price may be around 10 cr ...But the prices can be maintained based on Demand ...If you have more supply and less demand..It will be more competitive and negotiation will be high..Land becomes expensive when there is less supply and more demand ...If that's not the case, negotiation pitches in and land can't remain expensive.. there is a strong rumour already on Hyd real estate across the states that it is too high than demand...Over the night thousands of land got into supply with 111 GO wave off .But buyers cant be generated like that....Land prices will be stagnant for some more time...Then correction will happen...it's my view ..let's wait and watch...more options means more chances for negotiation...

May be u r right to a point yes more availability more choice for customers to negotiate but the real problem in this go111 area is most lands are owned by rich dudes from all industries many have farm houses at the same time they have the capacity to hold till market appreciates and many hold land bank using black money to cash that they will hold land bank and slowly dispose In phases so ultimately out of the total land only 30 to 50 percent will only available for atleast next 10 years or so and many areas already got apprised after the announcement of go111 in recent 1 year so these go111 lands are competing with prime locations which are already overpriced

In my opinion 111 GO can't be lifted easyly, attempted to lift this GO thrice in past time but it was never happened.Removing 111 GO is one of the promise made by present TS govt during last time election,so they just confirmed to lift 111GO without proper guidelines etc...!!

You have missed one key point.. if there is no master plan and opens for conversion just like that then roads will be narrow and uneven mix of commercial and residential construction and that makes it unattractive investment in long term 😂

I personally think, very near to exit 2 won't get much imapct. Because for every IT person, staying away from traffic and easy to connect to home is most important priority. I would go for something on RR7 or very near to exit 2 than even mokila or need to travel on service road to connect to internal villages or localities which won't be any difference from travelling to Miyapur or chandanagar.

If you haven't yet bought in Velimela, you can buy flat for around 5k per sft (including GST) in Kollur. I believe it's much better deal.

It’s funny why everybody is just talking about land value in 111 GO. THE MAIN HINDRANCE TO TAKE A BIG PROJECT ON LANDS, WHICH ARE ON 111 GO WILL BE THE LACK OF INFRASTRUCTURE. Developing new 100 feet roads, drainage systems, water pipelines, electrical sub stations, sewage treatment plants, all takes time. It’s not easy for things to expand at a rapid pace as the rest of the city is witnessing. In fact, the state doesn’t have the budget to do so.

So, in the 111GO areas, houses construction and public infrastructure will happen in parallel at the same time. Bottomline is with enormous land supply that is created, getting demand will take time and so land prices will stay stagnant for some time

The decision to abolish this GO is NOT in the hands of state govt. It is to be approved by Green Tribunal and High Court if I am not wrong. Not sure what message state govt want to make with all this. May be another election tactic to please voters in this area?

Soon once construction start those area will get flooded like how gurugram, Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore are going through. Those lake are built to store excess water to avoid flood. Now wait and watch. Better avoid this area if you want to stay. In no time that will become concrete jungle. Govt need money in hasty to run and win the election, and yes neopolice is there to add the ice on the cake.
