Irony is that an obscene reel or video gets lakhs of views but few can dare to listen to these learned man.. Hats off to these learned men... Aur desh ka to bhagwan hi malik h
A small ngo in the northeast receiving not even 3k a month and serving very poor segment of society in the northeast lost its fcra license arbitrarily without information and poor family lost their children’s education because of the same! Thank you for the discussion!
A very good discussion was held taking the issue of restrictions imposed by the current regime on NGOs and consequences thereof on the life of marginalized sections of Indian society👍
These are true heroes of our country but nation celebrates Virat, Dhoni, and other Bollywood actors who are just money minded and this clearly shows our minset that we r sick people
As a couple, my partner and I were donating money to one global NGO called World Vision which carried out some charity work in India. We were sponsoring education of a girl child called Laxmi from Rajasthan for good 4 years. Then one day all of a sudden we got assigned another child in Africa. Over the years we had developed a bond with the child in India. Although we had not met her in person, we saw it as way of giving back to our country. Upon investigation we were told that some FCRA rules were changed and it was becoming difficut to get money into India. We were very disappointed. I can only imagine how disappointing it must have been for Laxmi and her family. She had access to good education and probably nutritious meal but her chance at all of this was taken away by this government. Although our dontation is still going to a girl child, and she too is a sweet kid but the government should not engage into all this red tape. I am very dissapointed the Supreme courts have held up the governments point of view. And if they permit political dontations by foriegn organizations then they should permit donations in this case too.
Why don't you give the same money to Laxmi in your city , why go all the way to Africa , Europe or Usa to reach someone in Rajasthan,if you are living in India 😂
First the Courts must ensure they implement RTI… and declare their own assets we will distribute the illegal/ undeclared money to the 5% minorities you are referring too You dont need to go far to service the poor Sibal sahab charity should begin at home
In conclusion, money flowing into these people's pockets have stopped. if all the money goes to the poor and are well tabulated, there won't be any problems ....
Helping the poor and educating them to bring awareness of their rights is a fundamental rights of the citizens and these honest NGOs are doing great work which is being curtailed for no reason by the present central leadership which means they don't want the poor to become rich and wise since they will question the Government . This is the most serious issue challenging the country.
All the honest citizens of the country irrespective of their religion caste and creed and status should come together to protest against this kind of injustice happening in the country
@@manoharb3238 we do it , we regularly contribute to Tribal Girl education in our family in our state Karnataka, we also avail tax break from it , it's a win-win , it's a Indian NGO, started , financed and run by Indians , legitimate & legal ! Trust me right thinking citizens are no longer funding Kapil Sibal /Harsh mander... So this lofty Bhajan from Zero Loss Theory Sibal

I am truly dismayed and dejected by the tone and tenor of this very thoughtfully conceptualized discussion. The mood seemed so sombre, serious and sulky. The long faces and the words were depressing to hear. Why is the speakers feeling so dejected. Have we reached a nadir? If senior Advocate's of our Supreme Court sees the strangulation of funds to our NGOs in such a bleak manner, it means the FCR Act and the rulings have a created a regime where NGOs are feeling restricted and even throttled. How then is our Right to serve our fellow human beings or our wildlife ensured by the Parliament or the Judiciary, if the Executive will use the Machivelian technique to subdue free movement of idea's and service's to the larger society. Are we then moving towards a totalitarian state? Or are we already reached that point? I shiver to ask this questions.

Can this effort influence 5% population? Sir, please draw a method that can reach the common man. Herd mentality is still dominant in India. Or pray the Judiciary 'don't ignore the tears' of the poor and marginalised.
A failed state in Pakistan the HC as well SC orders has great integrity and respect but in India nobody doing so especially states and central government responds is pathetic .
At one point of time RSS frontal organisations like VHP were biggest recipients of the foreign funding. This government very well knew that the money could be used against them as well and they are scared!

Systemic change would mean there wouldn't be people dependent on the charity of people unfairly more privileged than them. Sad that all these accomplished people sitting together won't talk about it, won't work for it, won't find the provisions in the law that ensures social justice
Kapil sibal, s theatrics reminds me drama "Yes, Prime Minister "of yesteryears. His leading querries results in liberal critism of Modiji government, let him compare with Congress days
@@Jrjen369there were several videos and the perpetrators were deported in assam … perhaps your news coverage doesnt cover NE states hence u missed such cases repeatedly happening
Mr Sibal , I don't agree with you on most things ...But i like this initiative of yours ... I hope you bring all kinds of diverse voices for the discussion ...It should not be a one sided discussion where everyone agrees with your view point ....
Your commitment towards selfish goals whilst projecting selfless charity as your life purpose, is hypocrisy of astounding proportions. Kudos to your persistence and preserverance towards selfish goals man. Keep it up.
