It is devide and rule policy and survival of elite people especially moulvi, leaders and army. 6. No political party can perform better while in power because next Govt is decided by army only. 7. Your country can never come out of this churan. If tried by your Govt to rectify or bring reforms in islamic touch from grassroot level, they need expenditure of millions of dollors which is not permitted by your economy, apart from receiving blacklashes from radicalised groups/people nationally. 8.
