the one with the dual nozzles resembles my Naan impact. It also looks like they designed the PJ arm to shoot the splash at an angle. That is much slower than mine. Mine acts like it is on Sugar!
I'm a little backwards with the videos lol. Interesting selection of models and styles. The impact at 3 mins moves very fast even with the screw mod. That's an unusual one at 10 mins. I have not seen that Melnor model before at 17 mins.
The one at 3 minutes I think is the one with the yellow arm. It is still pretty fast, but not as fast as it was before I added the weight. Remember some of these are made from parts that came from different sprinklers that I put together. Some of it is very experimental. The melnor is very fast and those are purchased at HomeDepot now for $8 a pair. They are solid, but I want to slow down the arm like I did with the one with the yellow arm and I have some ideas and experiments still yet to come, but now I have to wait for spring. Thank you for watching. I did not include most of the tests that did not work.
I forgot to tell you that the one at the 10 minute mark is the HB SHerman Mfg Co - Fluidic sprinkler which is non-impact. I do not know how it operates, but it is a little strange, I have three of them.
@@randyvanheusden732 That Fluidic impact almost works like a big gun, except everything is contained. If you look close you can see the splash from the drive arm go out the left then to the right when it reverses. I have never seen something like that, truly a rare gem! That is one interesting sprinkler! I'd like to get one for myself since they are so neat. I'd also like to see inside of one to see the drive mechanism! Keep hold of that! That is very rare!
@@NelsonBigGunP200Fan I remember getting some of these as I think I have three of them and the idea was to kind of replace the Raintime models I was using, but the water does not shoot out near far enough. It does use a lot of water in the distribution, but for a smaller area. It is easy to use, but just not that great. I have not taken it apart as there are no screws, and I am afraid of breaking the plastic. Maybe one of these days.
