Dean speeds down the winding roads of farmland. Sam, next to him, flips through several books--for leisure or for research, you're not sure. You sit next to Cas in the backseat as rain taps against your window, lulling you to sleep or helping you keep focus. The three of them talk amongst themselves, trying to keep their voices low. The thing about this little family, though, is that they're rarely quiet, especially when they argue. You wouldn't trade it for the world.
The last impala video is LITTERED with ads because of the copyright music, so I decided to make one without :) Enjoy!

I'm just imagining that I'm nodding off on the drive back to the bunker after an intense hunt and I eventually end up using Castiel as an angelic pillow and them talking is when I wake up a little and catch snippets of their conversations

This is everything I loved about falling asleep in the backseat of my parents car when I was little…but better! There’s the sound of windshield wipers going back and forth, of rain pelting the car, and the sound of voices in conversation. [Minus, the talk about monsters, angels, and occult lore, of course!] I can hear the tires on the road. Everything is there - even, the sound of the turn signals! (Purr, Baby!) Unfortunately - back then - there was no Sam, Dean and Cas in the car. Now there is! 😀 The soundscape is so real, I can almost feel Baby’s upholstery as I drift off to sleep. After a couple of hours, we’ll all stop for road food 🍔🥓🥩🍕🥧 before checking into a motel, for a few hours’ rest. Tomorrow morning, the hunt begins! Great! Thank you, for this! 🙂❤️

It’s been so long since I watched SPN - I had to take a break I was getting too upset about everything the writers were throwing at my boys. 🥺 Anyway, it’s good to be back with these two goofballs and the angelic can of beans named Cas. 🥰

i squeeze in close to Sam’s side trying to relax. Dean squeezes the steering wheel hard. Sam she hasn’t slept for more than four hours in over a week. The only place she’s getting any sleep is the car. You seriously think i’m getting a motel for the night? Answer no. Sam rubs my back very soothingly kitty come on you got to try. I try and fight a yawn but a cough and sneeze come out instead. Cas grumbles from the back seat she needs a bed, tea, cold meds, tissues, soup, and God in heaven stop fighting.

I was the passenger in a nasty car wreck a few months ago, and now I struggle with panic attacks any time I’m not the one driving. Listening to this to get used being a passenger again. I know the boys will keep me safe :)
