We continue the (unpolished edit) playthrough of Imperial Borders - The Congress of Vienna (designed by Larry Harris) with Tom of Nightingale Games narrating.
This is part 3 (of 7) which includes the rest of Game Round 2 (scoring + purchases) and ends just before Phase 7 (purchases) of Game Round 3. Great Britain continues with the brutal Homeland Port attacks (this time on France), while France slowly expands its lead in controlled Annexed Territories. Prussia and Austria don't accomplish too much.
The remaining parts should be uploaded as they get processed over the next few days.
