I also never knew this tool existed. Thanks for showing it is also interesting to me. I sold the Ramset underwater tool mainly in New Orleans. It was used by offshore oil drilling companies for maintenance on their rigs. In the 1970's I sold the barells for about $7 each. Thet were disposable for one time use.
