I saw a lot of the low velocity tools in use. Mainly 1-1/2 capacity for drywall applications. I never saw one of these in use. It is a good looking tool but I have no idea of the quality. I believe Ammo tools were manufactured by Astra in Spain.
I think Ammo may have been selling this before importing tools from Spain. Unlike the low velocity, there is no country of origin. That doesn't mean anything, but you'd think the manufacturer would have put it on both tools. In later years, Ammo sold a version of the Australian HiV tool. Anyway, it's probably all lost to history.
