Implementation of best practices in infection prevention and control 

Implementing the best practices for infection prevention and control are critical in reducing healthcare associated infections. As a result of such work, Kazakhstan was featured in a Global report of WHO infection prevention and control. At the same time, Kazakhstan set very ambition agenda in advancing this issue to set up model hospitals that would be used as an example in all regions of the country for infection prevention and control.
