Saving Your Ruined Campaign is the series where I'm trying to repair the worst situations sent to me by casual players. Situations where is seems that the save is not playable anymore and it should be resigned.

I guess he didnt know the disaster destroys his economy until he gets rid of it. So he did these random stuff in an attempt to fix his economy.

@@Podzhagitel I answer that in other comments but basically the state edicts were just to see what effect they would have as I was not planning on sending the save file and the fort in Naxos I just kinda forgot about

Every time I think I am a bad EU4 player I watch this series so that I can remind myself that I actually can set up a good eco in EU4. Thanks of course to all the good content creators like you, Habibi and Red Hawk Do you have any saves with late game coalitions in a WC would be interesting plus really helpful as I am stuck in my Mugahls save where all of Europe hates me.

I think he enacted the states edicts to try to get more money from trade to fix his economy (or he did it on purpose to troll zlevikk)

State edicts everywhere just before Zlewikk starts, capital in Romania, merchant transfers from Wien to Venice where he has 0% trade power, protects trade in Constantinople with no merchants there. He definitely trolled indeed

it;s all about wise mana generation and spending. Even when expanding like crazy you can keep being in time in these. Not an easy thing to explain in a few words :p

Is using decision (elite armies regiment) that makes your armies cost (15% i think) more for drilling bonus good? I saw at 5:26 that it was active and you didin't switch it off (it was still active later). I never use it becouse for me it is waste of money and i am curious if it was oversight or you left this modifier active becouse is worth it?

I think it greatly depends on the country and playstyle. If you are going to be in war constantly, it's worthless, since you wont have time for drilling. If you are much more focused in development, only for engaging in combat every once in a while, then you're good to go.

I didnt switch it back because I had a kot of army proff, while rolling it back takes -5%. Also I decided to leave that to main owner of the save to decide wheather to use it or not

If u take the annex vassals estate privilege the pu annexes -15% dev faster and you get no loss on diplo rep

Their Capital was in Wallachia? What on Earth was this player going for? I could get it if they had moved it to one of the Transylvanian Mountains so you can get a more secure capital and better fort, but what?

The plan was to make a fort wall and the forts were being built but the bankruptcy happened due to dumbassery

How do you think, is it a good idea in single player for eastern nations with no cav bonus to use 4 kazaks in combat stacks if gold allows it?

If gold isn’t a problem, cav is exclusively better than infantry, or at least deals more damage. In the late game they’re usually not worth, though, because infantry’s job is to die while cannons kill things, and cavalry is no better at dying than infantry. But in the early game, if money permits, you will do considerably more shock damage with cav than without. It just might cost you a lot more.

Hungary has both cavalry combat ability and also the cossacks estate early-on if you get Moldavia. Plus, having taken quality ideas, the cavs will be strong for early-mid game. Tags like Poland and Siam can infact run half cav armies even in late game because of crazy cav bonus they get!

it's SP so it's always up to you. With right buildup cav is extremely op and can be even cheaper than infantry so you can have tons of fun for that. If you just plan to expand a lot then cav is really of no use as you win wars by sieging, not fighting so it's better to invest into more cannons + with standard wide ideas cav is pretty bad. Bothering to just have 4k of cav is not really worth it, maaaybe on early techs vs smaller stacks, but later it's useless so you go cav build and a lot of it or just delete it

A pronounciation of s and sh ind hungarian is just exactly opposite to polish. In hungarian sz=s and s=sh ;) I think paradox could also add historical friendship bonus between Hungary and Poland, what do you think? And btw great video and thx!

Yeah I think they should do that. Everytime when I play Poland Hungary just insta rival me and it doesnt matter for this game that our countries were (and still are) friendly, we had union and same ruler lmao.
