Out of complete video one golden tip which can fix most of the problems with head and foot work is “moving the shoulder in the direction of shot”. I have been following your videos for a long time and it's very informative . Use your instruction during my games here in US. Thanks for sharing such great videos . However i got few questions around the elbow position , low stance and backlift and weight distribution while doing the triagger movement . I have heard so many times that elbow should be close to the body, however if we see some of the great players like ABD , his elbow is away from the body almost facing the bowler after the trigger movement ? any reason why he might be doing it ? Secondly after doing the trigger movement , it seems like his weight is on the backfoot and front foot is open to move anywhere with head over the front foot. Does low stance helps in better ball judgement ? Does cocking of the wrist happens along with the trigger movement and then based on the lenght one take it back for vertical shot or away from the body to higher position for horizontal shots ?
