Important Recovery Advice 

Ryan, these videos have helped me so much, I know you arent here in the physical but i know you are reading this, 5 years of my life addicted to opiates and opioids, Now im on Day 107 of being clean off the devil, and all thanks to these videos, i try to take atleast 30mins of my day dedicated to watching your videos, even if i seen it already, they just are reminders of why i chose freedom and How Good it is to not wake up at 3am needing to snort a 30mg oxy just to get the day going. Will power is a big factor in this my Brothers and Sisters and if you are strong willed the pains and sickbess will Passs, I promise im only 107 days clean, but i feel so strong mentally, especially with knowing every day we can use, its our choice, now the question is do you Want to be in That Lonely Box forever, Remember it is our Choice to be Sober

Ryna I’m clean since over 7 years and I stop counting because it’s a past life for me you help me with your videos and I watched is a few times a year just to humble myself and realize where I came from and then evaluating this you can MoveOn and live a normal happy life I am living a better life than I ever thought I could be living and I’m really happy thank for first and my family and you Ryna

Amazing advice Ryan... Yes I've had those blows and it hurt really bad. At days from being one year clean I have been called a pill popper... That hurts. Glad you posted this!

I’ve been watching Ryan for about a month now and he was saving my life,,, I just found out he passed away, I am so hurt and heartbroken ,, I’ve been crying for 3 days straight and I didn’t even know him personally,, man this sucks,, rest in paradise ryan

5 years I’ve been with this woman, cocaine, pills all the shit , all the time and she never new anything, now I know I don’t ever want her to know so she doesn’t throw it in my face , luckily I have others I’ve told , and they are very supportive and proud of my recovery, you don’t have to tell everyone everything, find the people you trust the most and they will help you, thanks Ryan 🙏

Wow Ryan this is a topic that I needed to hear today. I tend to cave and relapse when things go south bt my husband and I. 20 years married here and he is an alcoholic but I had to quit opiates. Thank you so much for all these wonderful vids man!
