Upsc cms is indeed a very good exam and job but majority of the medical students especially who are good in academics go for pg after mbbs instead of cms jobs

Mam when we complete pg with study leave with sponsorship quota, I've heard we are imposed a 5 years bond on us. How much should we pay to get released from the 5 year bond? Pls reply mam🙏. I've been asking the same questions on different channels but no-one is replying

Mam suppose if I am doing 1 st year residency in DNB am I eligible for 2 year leave and Can I join back after completing DNB or only Md/ms is allowed to join back ?
Mam i have a unique doubt , i have obc ncl certificate of last year . I dont want to apply again this year . I am currently doing my pg so I intend to give upsc in 2025 or 2026 . Although i want to keep in touch with upsc cms exams so i want to practice by giving upsc cms 2023 . So if i mention the category now as general or obc creamy layer , can i change after 2-3 yrs while doing fresh registration at that time to obc mon creamy layer . Usually that is the case but since the advent of this new one time registration (otr) im confused. Pls clarify . Upsc helplines wont help
In upsc cms exam for obc candidates we have to produce income certificate for last 3FY but I have only 2 year income certificate Is it possible to get 20-21FY Income certificate now? Any alternative available to this? If I am not able to produce all 3 certificate am I considered as general category or not eligible For upsc cms??pls kindly reply my question mam?
