Namaste ma'am im qualified for upsc cms interview 2023 i hv prob wit obc cert dates if im selected and kept under provisional ,do they accept new obc cert submission wit new dates or they reject and if i qualify as gen cat marks iitself they consider under gen cat and allow me or if qualify wit gen cat marks and still they gonna reject me cz of obc cert datez?? plz provide accurate info , im very much worried abt this
