That is exactly what we have explained in detail ma’am. We have send text sms to all the customers for whom the products were delayed. When we came to know that it was not received by some , we have put this video. Calling these 200+ customers currently is quite impossible for us at the moment. I haven't experienced such a customer care service bcoz even if they couldn't pick the phone, they will call us back...I mailed many times ....then I got sudden reply... Last week the delivery boy gave a wrong product...When I informed them, the nxt day itself I got the product...Keep going Sruthi....We can understand...

Dear ma’am , we totally agree with you and we haven’t told that we are right here , but this is with respect to the product 5724 only ,all our others products are shipped on time from here ! If our team told its shipped , then it would have shipped please track the same ! There can be other reasons if it is not delivered to you ,because without shipping we won’t tell as shipped , we urge you to raise complaint and team will respond based on first come first serve basis !
