Questa magnifica e prestigiosa Villa Veneta del XVII secolo, unica all’interno della zona delle Colline del Prosecco ora patrimonio UNESCO, è stata edificata nel 1679 probabilmente su progetto del noto architetto di epoca barocca della scuola del Palladio della Repubblica di Venezia, Baldassarre Longhena. La Villa, si trova in cima a una collina dall’alto della quale, questa meravigliosa dimora, domina la storica e riservata cittadina di Conegliano Veneto. Giungendo nella ridente Conegliano in una giornata di sole, risulta impossibile alzare lo sguardo senza notare quella che viene considerata una delle più belle tra le storiche Ville Venete attualmente vincolata alla Soprintendenza ai Beni Culturali, Storici e Monumentali.
La nobile struttura, cui si accede da un importante viale alberato è inserita in fronte all’ampio parco di circa 45 ettari con piante secolari, oltre alla depandance di circa 120 mq al bordo della piscina neoclassica, entrambi collegati al prato sovrastante e all’ingresso della proprietà tramite una scalinata in pietra. La tipica facciata Palladiana è impreziosita dal maestoso scalone che ci accompagna all’ingresso principale della proprietà la cui imponente bellezza ha ospitato nel 1938 il duca Amedeo di Savoia Aosta e il suo stato maggiore. L’intera proprietà si distribuisce su tre piani più un piano ammezzato per un totale di circa 1300 metri quadrati.
In zona riservata, al piano terra e con ingresso dal lato nord troviamo l’ampia cucina e le sale da pranzo, collegate dalla scala interna al piano superiore. L’ingresso conduce direttamente nel salone principale, impreziosito dagli alti soffitti, con tre grandi monofore a tutto sesto chiuso con balaustre, quattro ampie sale ai lati e due salottini ai corpi laterali.
Risulta particolarmente piacevole il piano ammezzato con affaccio sul grande salone sottostante, mentre la zona notte è distribuita al secondo piano della Villa.
Gli interni particolarmente eleganti e maestosi, gli arredi originali, la sobrietà oltre che la storicità e i fasti che si percepiscono, rendono questa proprietà, esclusiva e unica.

This magnificent and prestigious Venetian Villa 17th century, unique in the area of the Prosecco Hills, now a UNESCO heritage site, was built in 1679 probabily by the well-known Venetian Baroque architect of the Palladio school of the Republic of Venice, Baldassarre Longhena.
The Villa is located on top of a hill from which, this marvelous residence, dominates the historic and reserved town of Conegliano Veneto.
This Villa is considered one of the most beautiful among the historic Venetian Villas linked to the Superintendency of Cultural, Historical and Monumental Heritage.
The noble structure is accessed from an important private driveway with is inserted in front of the large park of about 47 hectares with old trees, with an outbuilding of about 120 square meters at the edge of the neoclassical pool, both connected to the lawn above and the entrance of the property through a stone staircase.
The typical Palladian façade is embellished by the majestic staircase that takes us to the main entrance of the property whose impressive beauty hosted in 1938 the Duke Amedeo of Savoy Aosta and his staff.
The entire property is distributed on three floors plus a mezzanine floor for a total of about 1300 square meters.
In the reserved area, on the ground floor and with entrance from the north side we find the large kitchen and the dining rooms, connected by the internal staircase to the upper floor. The entrance leads directly into the main living room, embellished by high ceilings, with three large single-lancet windows with balustrades, four large rooms and two sitting rooms on the sides. The mezzanine floor overlooking the large living room below is particularly pleasant, while the sleeping area is distributed on the second floor of the Villa. The particularly elegant and majestic interiors, the original furnishings, the sobriety as well as the historicity and the glories that are perceived, make this property exclusive and unique.
