You wouldn’t be living in just an apartment but literally in a work of art. This home is magnificent. From the moment you wake up all the way to going to sleep at night you would be inspired by your surroundings.
You're right about the art. Sleeping could be a problem though. It's right above a restaurant in the busiest part of a busy city. If you become the lucky owner of the apartment you will wish for eternal lockdown.
I visited Venice in October, it was so stunning, it was like entering another world. I nearly walked in front of a car when I visited Lido because I completely forgot they even existed in Venice, it was a nice detachment to the normal life.
430 square meters apartment in Venice prime location for 8 million euros. I would have thought that this apartment would be at least 12.5 million euros. The artwork on the walls and views are stunning!
It's amazing how unassuming this apartment looks from the outside. It looks just like any other regular building and blends right in, and I would have expected the interior to be similar. Makes me wonder what else could be hidden in many of these buildings in Venice.

All of the Frisco views are elegant as well. I love the walk to the two other bedrooms. And I like the bedroom on the left. The two bedrooms look so comfortable I their part of the apartment/condo. You ended tour tour back on the terrace. This elegant apartment/condo is very beautiful. Thank you....
Absolutely breathtaking. I would never leave and have all the delicious foods delivered to my home. No reason to leave such a place. How is the internet?
Another great presentation Danilo. It amazes me how stunning the interiors with 300 year old frescos. We been to Venice few years back, we were lucky that time there were no high tide flood in St. Marc Square.
I can see why Americans are so fond of European architecture. Its the highest level of opulence. I always dream of one day not here, but owning a grand palacial mansion. Where the entrance hall is as tall as 100 ft and the first floor aswell. and the foyer is vast and high decked with marble and gold and high chandeliers. Doors leading to grand hallways and rooms with 20 ft tall doors. It would feel heavenly and mega spacious. But still love looking at home interiors for inspiration at least.
It’s hard to decorate a space this ornate but I think they did it successfully, keeping things simple as not to compete with the original features. Esp the dining room. Though I hate glass and see through furnitures, it works

Absolutely stunning. The livening room actually took my breath away. Not so sure about the dining room, you are in beautiful Venice I don’t think they needed to pretend there anywhere els. Lol
So good to see the canals are still so clean and clear. No gridlock either. The silver lining of the pandemic. I hope the huge ships are kept out and more visitors choose to stay. A beautiful apartment worth every cent. It probably has rental potential as a film set. Be great to share the art.
