You seem like a very nice person but you really need to add measurements to your Recipes I think they will be very helpful for everyone watching this video thank you
I made this today and it is delicious! I substituted, evaporated milk with almond milk, the flours with all rice flour , and coconut oil for canola. I also used black berries for blueberries since I was out. Highly recommend this dessert for those who are watching their sugar. P.s. I topped just a sprinkle of turbinado sugar on top before baking.
Measurements are as follows: 4 eggs 12 oz.of milk(I used almond) 1/4 cup agave nectar 1 cup flour (I used rice flour) 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup coconut (optional) Fruit, about 1/4 cup each. I used strawberries, rasberries, blackberries. You can really just eye ball the baking dish for how much you want visible in the pie.. Highly recommend this!!!
I am trying it today!! I am so excited but i just put 1/4 cup of almond flour , not white flour (by accident i did not see the white flour in the recipe :( i hope it will come good... and i could not find any whole wheat flour in the store.
Any feedbacks about taste and texture from those who substituted almond flour for regular flour as a lower carb option? Agave nectar : is it truly a low glycemic option? What is the actual data about sugar spikes from eating/using it as a sugar substitute?
Where are the measurements? How can I possibly make this when I don’t know how much of each ingredient. I’m severe diabetic and would love to make this. I hope you include measurements for your other recipes
Its good you tell us what's in it but your not telling us how much is anything! Please give us a list of everything and how much I'm sure I'm not the only one that would like to try and make this 😊
