You should forget about it for a while so you’re surprised when it comes out. - IF will be darker. - The content of the game may seem unexpected but becomes more familiar as the story progresses. - The story is structured in such a way that you may see where the ending is headed, but it’s worth it to see the may the pieces come together. - 10th anniversary is Nov of 2021. I think it's the Opening theme only. As in To the Moon and Finding Paradise, we have kind of the same main song for opening, but a separated version for the main song. And yes, just like you, i'm waiting for the full version of A reality without me T.T

It is probably a Piano Version of the same OST, most of Kan's music has a lot of variety and the main original OST are constructed in an orchestra manner which is cool. Yeah, this might be the piano version, maybe the original has more things into it
Wow, that song at the end might honestly be my favorite piece of music from this series so far. It definitely sounds darker just like you said this game is going to be but it still sounds beautiful too. Funnily enough it seems like Impostor Factory might come out around the time another game comes out that I'm looking forward to called Little Nightmares 2. Guess 2021's gonna start with some slightly sinister stories. Edit: Just noticed that the melody at 5:50 plays in part of the trailer
I'd wait another 5 years if it means that we will get another great game!.... But if you really want to make it up to us releasing some more sneak peaks of the soundtrack wouldn't hurt 🙃
Delays just give more time to work out issues and make sure it's done the way you wish it to be done, I won't fret about a delay on your games because I know you're working on something wonderful. To The Moon and Finding Paradise are in my top 5's in games so of course i'm going to support the decision

Early July they announced on Steam they're finishing up everything content-wise this month (August) and wanna launch the game early September in multiple languages!
My worst fear is, that we get a fake patient to handle, get super involved in it and then its revealed that its actually Niel we are treating (because of his yet unknown condition and the modified siegmund corp tech). Mark my words: "To the moon" and "Finding Paradise" was just Niel reliving the happy times he had with Eva... gosh I already hate it to say goodbye to either of them.
I would be lying if I would say that I'm not sad. But I kind of was already preparing myself for a delay, considering the series' past. :D And I'm *always* for delaying a game to maximize quality so no need to worry :) Also, thanks for the TtM film update. Just knowing that it still exists is all I really wanted. I wish you and the team all the best and a nice end of 2020! PS: That song sounds amazing! I already loved the main theme in the trailer, but the way you combine it with other leitmotifs is incredible!

Think about it. Blizzard's games started loosing quality when they started being delivered on time. I prefer devs caring enough about the game to delay for quality over devs who care enough about deadlines to release it on time regardless of the quality. I am still looking forward to seeing the final product
That song at the end..... it has those bits from ‘Best Detectives in the World’. Knowing that while not officially, it’s kind of been Neil and Eva’s song I wonder what this song will mean in this game. It makes me so sad and scared to think about it, yet I’ve never been more excited. You always make a fantastic story to tell Kan, please keep it up and take all the time you need.
I rewatch this just for the music at the end... dang, I can't wait to buy the IF soundtrack. I can already feel the heartache. Keep it up, Kan, and everyone else at Freebird. You're doing a good work.

I just bought To The Moon, A Bird Story, and Finding Paradise and played them all this past weekend. They're AMAZING. Finding Paradise is my favorite. It really touched my heart and made me cry. I wondered if there was a sequel and was pleasantly surprised to find out about Impostor Factory! I never knew about it before now, so the delay means nothing to me lol. I am just excited there's going to be another game!! Thank you so much for creating these games and continuing to create more.
You can't rush a masterpiece. Knowing this game is coming has actually helped lessen some of the anxiety I have felt this year. Everything's gonna be okay, soon I'll have another Freebird game. But I can wait some more. Thanks for everything.
Dang I was looking forward to replaying the series and imposter factory around christmas as is tradition for me at this point. I like to play alot of my favorite story indie games around christmas. Undertale Oneshot and your trilogy are the go-tos. Thin ice mr game designer bud. Thin ice.

The Nintendo Switch port of "To The Moon" must have been one of the secret project which occupied their resources. I fell in love with "To The Moon" on the Switch and look forward to check out the subsequent instalments also ported to Switch eventually.
I'm genuinely excited for imposter factory and all of freebird's future projects. And loving the song at the end. I'm wondering in its specifically a new rendition of Eva and Neil's theme or if it just features the motif
It scares me that Bestest Detectives is *actually* a major motif of the game. I was hoping it was just for A Reality Without Me but nooooooooooope I heard parts of what is presumably the "main theme" of this game *and* that soooooo......yeah.
Honestly, my good dude, you and your team have never missed when it comes to these games. Please feel free to take all the time y’all need to make this installment just as memorable as the last ones. Also- love the song, as per usual.
