Whitney my teacher Mom had a great hack for long car trips. She had 4 kids and all of our travel was in cars or campers. Rather than give Finn all of his new toys you got him at dollar tree at once on the drive, put together little goody bags of the new toys-use the brown bags like for lunches-add a book, puzzles, etc and break one out every few hours to break up the boredom. Worked like a charm for us and this hack has saved me a number of long car or airplane rides myself!

I'm Canadian and could change these projects to Red and White for Canada Day, I don't know anyone who celebrates Canada day, but I love any excuse to have a party for my Grandcuties! I only watched this video to support your channel!

I just wanted to add this story because I think it is hilarious!!! I've always lived in Southern Ontario, Canada, about an hour or two from 3 border crossings, like a large part of the USA; we have four seasons, starting with March 22 Spring, until June 21 Summer, then September 22 Fall and at last December 21st Winter; we have frigid snowy winter temperatures reaching as low as -45°F with the windchill and Summers going as high as 105°F with the humidex. That wasn't the hilarious part surprisingly enough; ☺ back in the late 70s & 80s, before the interwebs on your memorial weekend holiday every year, we would see tons of vehicles with American license plates (mostly from States in the South) driving around with a roof rack full of skies looking for snow hills but our weather at the end of May was anywhere between 60°F to 77°F it would make us laugh that people just thought you could cross the border into Canada and find a winter wonderland! Yes, had they travelled further North in Ontario, Canada they would have definitely found cooler weather but still no snow!! I hope someone gets a laugh out of how poor of knowledge the USA had about Canada before the introduction of the Googles!!!

Applause. Respect. Envy. I loved the final project, using the scraps? No waste, and it was high impact. My 10yr old great niece is coming to visit, and I am going to use these crafts as a way to talk to her about why we celebrate Memorial day. The faux snow cones are so stinkin cute! The malts were adorable! The garland is amazing! The stars are so beautiful, loved the houses, also! I love the pop cycle garland is so cute! Hi Whitney. Cute Diy's. For your bell acrylic paint issue, if you mix the acrylic paint with a little baking soda or plaster of Paris it will give you a chalk paint consistency 😉
All great crafts. Hard to pick a favorite. Can't wait to make some things with my Grandchilren. We have fun doing crafts & art together. Probably start with the fire crackers & garlands & mini that cups.
I love the pool noodle idea for push pops and firecrackers. I'm definitely going to have to make some of the garland to hang from the awning of our RV.

I have always wanted to get the star wreath forms but had no idea how I could use them and it not be something that was just over the top or out of place. Spray painting them and leaving them that simple says all it needs to say! I love it!
