It's not over rated. Put it on a sub and see how much power it puts out. It may struggle to put out 3000 RMS on a reactive load. As box raise hits, most subs will almost double the Ohm load. So if you wire to 1 Ohm, look at the 2 Ohm tests and that will be close to the output power on subs.

Wish you would have done the half ohm test. Incriminator audio is known for its ability to really shine at low ohm levels. Absolutely amazing amplifier!!!!!

I have a ia20.1 at .05 ohms does 3374 so yeah they are beasts and will run half ohm all day long I have been at .05 ohms for 2 years and beat on it hard

The amp is a 4k amp not a 3 k. It’s rated at 4000 rms at 1 ohm.

These amps look badass!!! I think the price is worth it. This is a amp that you use in system that you don’t plan on ever changing out. Install it and forget about it for years. Are they a Korean Half bridge?

Hey man I just got a single skar svr 15in and I was wondering what would be the best amp under 200$ for it. It’s 4ohm, rated at 800rms and 1600 peak power.

Go with the most watts you can get, I bought a 3k amp and looking to get ik now. I thought 3k was enough and nope, lol..for $200 maybe taramps is the only way to go but that's a Brazilian amp and I'm not a fan...they aren't durable and sensitive to voltage drops and they get hot and noisy ..I like korean but if I was you maybe get chinese amp at down4sound what you can.

I got a mtx amp I would sell for $200 plus shipping jh10001 model, it's 775 wattsbat 2 ohm, 450 at 4 ohm, 1100 watt at 1ohm. Do you have a d2 or d4 sub? If d2 you can wire it to 1ohm.

@minus3dbintheteens60 the only thing that is impressive about this amp is the efficiency in the dampening Factor but if you're going to spend that kind of money you can get the DD 5K 100.00 less with better numbers

You can wire these absolutely to the dirt and put out 3-4x the rating. They’re used in multiple world record SPL builds for a reason.

These will last 10 years or more longer than your orion amps. Same as my dd amps s and I built, my m3bs are in year 10 at .25. All friends and fellow competitors are on at least orion number 3.
