I was in bed rest for 18 days due to mild covid infection and I did this postures and my lungs felt so relaxed and I got bit of sweat as well. I am going to do this for ever :)
I just started doing this breathing exercise and I must say it's SUPER! As the saying goes HEALTH IS WEALTH! So kudos to you for thinking about our health !💗💗💗👍

OMG it worked! I am recuperating from pneumonia with COPD and my oxygen was dropping and they said do the sniff the flower & blow out the candle one. Lifting my rib cage up like this made my oxygen go up from 88 to 95. Thank you Doc.
@@thatisunil1458 just follow along with the video and then repeat the steps 20x for the first and 12 times for the second. Consistency is key whether once a day twice or thrice.. the more you do it.. the stronger your lungs get. Consistency is a rule for any exercise. But I notice a difference right away because when you do these stretches.. it spreads out the rib cage and that means more space for the lungs to expand without restrictions. I have some weight on me so doing this does help me breathe more fuller. I hope this offers inspiration.
I struggle with COPD and I use your seated workout 3x's a week and now-seeing this-I have another tool to help me resist the disease. Thanks you for posting these=there are precious few resources for us.
