Thank you so much Dr , this exercise is very much needed. Dr my left leg knee joint caves in . I am advised to wear braces on my left knee. Please suggest what kind of braces. Will add the above exercise to my routine from tomorrow.

When I get shaky with the balance ♎ t could be either a cane day or a walker day depending on how shaky, I am really trying to retire the Walker its been five months since they told me I would never walk again. And its shaky,but I do a halfway decent imitation of a old man walking with a cane l found your videos within day's of having the CVA in the hospital and I wouldn't be as far as I am in my recovery without them,. I changed out my propane bottle on my trailer today all by myself, after getting it out of the truck and up to the trailer,carried a 15 lb bag of cat food from the truck to the trailer,no cane, no Walker.. seems the more I walk the better I get at it.

What exercise recommended for foot drop and knee doesn’t bend voluntarily for walking normally 😢???? Will these exercises benefit someone who has been in this position for years (10yrs)with no improvement !!

Thank you, my balance has really been bad since my strokes, is it just me or does sleep paralysis get worse after your stroke I'm asking for a friend.

Of course! And honestly, I don't know much about sleep paralysis and if there is any correlation to it worsening after stroke. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you!

Are you talking about stiffening up overnight or spasticity or both? I have both. Any exercise you can do helps. Walking helps. Weight bearing helps.Shoulder and neck twisting/turning helps. Start gently.
