Have to disagree with point number 2. You don't need a full follow through with your arm. Add long as the wrist goes though that is the important part. Some of the best in the world don't follow through with the arm Johnny Clayton Lisa Ashton Simon Whitlock Dave chisnell To name a few

Key word, “some”. Exceptions don’t change the rule. I’d guarantee even those players would tell other players how important a follow through is. But of course, if a short follow through feels more natural, stick with it, I always say do what feels comfortable.

I think he has a great follow through, very smooth. When I think of short follow throughs I think of Johnny Clayton.

Great video my guy , it really resonates with me. One thing I'm trying to work on you didn't mention is..... missing that first dart, I'm trying to work on not letting that first one mentally wreck the other two followers, for me it seems to cloud my judgment and brain on what went wrong then pressure and analyze and overthink it making me try to hard and miss all 3 or rely on 3rd dart saver....lol any pointers ???

I like to think of it as a reference, making micro adjustments to help me hit what i want. Instead of being disapointed, i have more more data to throw better the next 2 darts. Good darts for you 🎯💪

Definitely man that’s what I’m struggling with right now in Nashville. For me, It boils down to a confidence/positive mindset. When I’m feeling positive, it doesn’t bother me because I “know” I’ll bounce back, vs the negative mindset, where I continually think about what’s wrong. So just gotta try to stay positive, which is sometimes the hardest thing ever haha

I always struggled when missing the first two. After hitting a 1 and 5 I would switch to 19's. I have managed to overcome this and it is surprising how often I pick up a 60 after two bad darts. It has really helped my confidence. Cheers
