What a fantastic video. The concept of showing what you're talking about, applying it to a real life match and breaking it down in each snipit is fantastic. I can't think of a better presentation when it comes to explaining the concepts you are presenting. Well done.

I may also add to recommend is always practice the 2nd shot return as low as the height of a paddle or lower close to the net. That shot dictates the offense and noticed that 80% of 4.5-5.0 players cant return decently. Dont just return it for the sake of just getting over the net. Hit it back deep & fast to the server.

Love these “deep dive” videos with the slow motion and stop action. The analysis is fantastic.

When returning serve from the left side of the court while in a stacked formation, the return should be hit crosscourt because: (1) the down -the- line attack of the server requires less distance to cover than a crosscourt attack from the server's partner because the angle of the cross court shot. (2) a cross court return is easier to hit since you are not required to change the direction of the ball.

Furthermore a cross court return is to the right handers back hand which requires them to change the direction of the ball to hit down the line. In order to change the direction your must always compensate for the angle of deflection.

IF Sylvia is slower or refuses to get or stay on the line, does her faster partner always have to key on her, stay back and lose more points becauase of her?

Another GEM!! thanks for making one with advanced strategy and terminology. This is a really good video... That said, your audio sounds like you are in the kitchen (no pun intended) making a sandwich.. NOT criticism, just having fun.😎
