Hey! Love this episode. I have gained 12lbs in the past three months. And the only thing I've consciously changed is getting up two hours earlier in the morning to workout and get stuff done before my kids get up rather than doing it all while they are up. I don't necessarily feel more tired BUT I do catch myself mindlessly picking at their snacks while I walk by to "keep myself going". I'm going to try getting up at 7 again instead. Wish me luck. Not loving the 12 extra pounds on me. Lol

Cronotypes are obsolete in the military, especially in a time of war. Discipline is what matters. "If you can't wake up for work after working a 24hr shift it is on you and you're a shit bag." This is the message I've been taught.

You mention Tantra in relation to blood pressure and heart rate an missing the fact that tantric lovemaking does NOT make you sleepy after. Ejaculation drains your energy. You can have an orgasm without ejaculating. Good show❤️
