Now I want a mod that adds some kinda Raider shield covered in spikes and rebar and a new enemy type that rushes you down with them or a “Riot control” gunner with a shield and Tooun’s flashbang mod sounds tense as hell.
They will its the frame work so we see alot first one will prob be a captain america shield. Id like to see some roman shields and other historic ones.
@@jimjam7928 a shield isn't a gun but the p-90 is lore friendly its was in a fallout game, i don't see how the brotherhood of steel wouldn't be able to make this shield. Your missing out on good mods limiting yourself to only those mods . Most of the best mods are not what you would call lore friendly, but its your game so i must respect that i just feel like your missing out. Gun net work has a incredible mod that has like 50 high quality marvel outfits with a settlement some are only male or female tho . Bzw patreon also had some amazing mods alot are free some paid.

Your shield mod is badass. Like the Great Azal said, Raider version with spikes and rebar, new enemy types carrying the different shield types. What Dak said can't about the shields cannot be modded in the weapons workbench, semi wrong as that would be done in the armor workbench even though as of now it can't be modded either way, just that would be the correct bench if it could.

The enemies on the Oil Rig was TOUGH! No joke. Went with my Cardboard Power Armor the first time around and lost my leg armor pieces often. I took my sweet time the first time around to scout the place and map out the areas and enemy placements there. The loot that you can get was DEFINITELY as equally rewarding to the challenges you'll face there.
Can you cover the mod where there are manned miniguns? It's pretty cool. Basically uses the vertibird animations but can place them in your settlements and settlers man them.
Shields, bows and crossbows should really just be standard in fallout from now on. Also I miss chainsaws and auto axes. Fallout 4 didn’t have my favorite melee weapons like the fire axe but my must have mod now is the borderlands buzz axe it’s my favorite
Shields, bows, crossbows, chainsaws, autoaxes and buzzaxe type axes would be great to have. Bows and crossbows could have multiple ammo types so it has both damage and utility ammo, plus all the other guns should have ammo, especially a Blunderbuss. For the Shields, crossbows, bows and motorized melee, having variants that are good for certain portions of the game are a good thing. a bow made from junk(someone desperate enough for any weapon,see pipe guns) is a good early game item, but you have a makeshift(made with garage tools and someone knowing what they are doing) would be good medium game weapon, and factory made a good late game. Similar thought process for crossbows, shields, any chainsaw, auto axe, buzzaxe, ripper type weapons as well.
@@drivanradosivic1357 imagine all the ammo types you could have for crossbows: mechanical arrowheads with retractable blades. explosive/incendiary crossbow bolts. TASER bolts. depleted uranium rods as crossbow bolts. a half life 2 style rebar crossbow.
@@badideagenerator2315 grenade head arrows/crossbow bolts. hell, make plasma nade aroows/bolts. maybe even a trap arrow. probalby needs a sensor. speaking of grenades, what about tripwire mines? in regards to ammo, think of the Ammo chocies in New Vegas, now just make them in 4 and 76. instant awesome. Plus a proper Blunderbuss is basically a handheld cannon, so multiple ammo options are also possible.
Hi! I have an idea for the attachment pack. If you're doing the DLC guns, I think the Automatron tesla gun could use a cool new barrel: Ball Lightning launcher, a big slow projectile that deals damage in a radius around the ball
For the Problem Solver, giving it a broken receiver for the “standard receiver” slot could help balance it for early game. Just require Ballistic 2 perk or something to fix it.
For the lever action mod, you could utilise the Creation Club weapon skin modification. I'm not 100% sure what I'm talking about but it would allow you to use a mechanic already in-game as opposed to adding your own modification category.
I use a shotgun recciever mod for the lever action, and the cowboy repeater to use as a lever action rifle, the wood finishes mod means that I can match the finishes of both, which is super nice, thank you
The tan wood on the Chinese assault rifle always seemed like it was just super bleached from wear since the Anchorage dlc had it with darker wood furniture
Just know that there's a korean site that has patches for Toounx's USP pistol and a SCAR that can use the shield framework so you know it's possible to use. Pretty sure I can't link it here.
Man the shield framework is great, get some nice variations in there for factions e.g maybe like a scrappy raider like metal welded shield for raiders, you could add this to the levelled list and you'd have a new human threat to deal with 👀
I was looking through weapon mods earlier this week and I couldn't find any KS-23 "shotgun" mods which is strange considering how many pump action shotgun mods there are
Can you imagine clearing a bunker with a shield in your left hand and 10mm pistol in? Laser on the pistol, taclights on your shield/helmet? Maybe add like a Tesla coil or flamethrower to it? Buzzsaws??? Radiation launcher. Then crouch down and move slowly forward. Bash or shoot things that get close while a follower in power armor stand behind you shooting an assault rifle or automatic laser/plasma? Imagine fighting in a long hallway with synths just lighting up every inch in blue laser lights. IMAGINE if the ai would snap into you if you did a certain move. Like crouch down, hold aim, and like the grenade button or something and it’d be like impromptu order system where they’d form a shield wall when possible! Oh that’d be so fuckin cool but probably not even close to possible.
I actually can't wait for the attachment pack, though I hope it will be on Xbox as well, and not HUGE in the MB department. Though I may still use it anyway as I'm really not a fan of alot of the Vanilla weapons. Assault Rifle, enough said.

That just sounds like making a cursed weapons pack but honestly requiring idiot savant throughout modifying them sounds legitimate enough considering that perk is otherwise worthless outside of random 3x exp

I didn’t download Shield Framework when I saw it in Hot Mods because of the crappy, meme-y thumbnail it has; it honestly makes it look like some useless joke mod. However seeing it in action has convinced me otherwise. Hopefully its author updates the thumbnail with something akin to those MW weapon mods on the Nexus.
that Chinese AR mod looks like pure garbage. We should have normal AKs like in Tarkov. The fact that they used laser stocks is so stupid. They would never work irl.
